After that, the coffee beans that are still protected by their hard and undigested skin will come out with this civet droppings. Our Toraja coffee is from Toraja Sapan, a small village in South Sulawesi. North Toraja, mountainous areas with Altitude more than 1,300m.

graphical conditions of the South Sulawesi region which is a geographically fertile place and is well known as a world-class spice producer.

There is a coffee beans sorting process, and we, Batavia use only Grade 1 coffee beans. Those Grade 1 beans are chosen to produce our drip coffee as well.
